The Planning Assistant

The Planning Assistant enables the efficient setup of recurring availability patterns. Instead of creating availabilities individually, you define rules that automatically generate matching time ranges.

Configuration

• Days of the week: On which days the rule applies (single or multiple days selectable)
• Times: Start and end time of the availability
• Breaks: Optional interruptions (e.g. lunch break from 12:00–13:00)
• Interval: Booking grid within working hours
• Validity period: From when to when the rule is active

Example Scenarios

• Office consultation hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00
• Saturday viewings: Sat, 10:00–14:00
• Flexible consultation times: Tue/Thu, 15:00–19:00
