Creating Bookable Appointments
Bookable appointments are predefined time slots that customers can book directly - in contrast to flexible availabilities.
When to use?
- For specific events such as open houses or group viewings
- When you want to offer fixed times instead of flexible time ranges
- For one-time appointments on specific days
How to create a bookable appointment
- Click on the desired date in the calendar
- Select "Create bookable appointment"
- Select the property and appointment type
- Set the date, time and, if applicable, capacity
- Save the appointment
Appointment Series
For recurring bookable appointments you can create series:
- Daily/Weekly: Regular recurrence
- Multiple per day: E.g. 10:00, 14:00 and 17:00 o'clock
- With end date: Series ends on a specific date
