Personal appointments
What are personal appointments?
Personal appointments are appointments that you create directly in the calendar — without the customer booking via the booking widget. They are useful for capturing appointments arranged in the traditional way in timum and bringing them into the process, or for recording internal appointments.
Create a personal appointment
- In the timum calendar, click on the desired time range
- In the context menu, select "Create personal appointment"
- Choose a property and define the appointment type
- In the appointment dialog, at the very bottom in the participants section, click the Add button
- Enter the participant data and save with Ok
- Finally, save the appointment as Save (not bookable)
Difference from bookable appointments
