Synchronize Outlook
Bidirectional Synchronization
timum synchronizes bidirectionally with Microsoft Outlook/Office 365:
- Outlook → timum: Your Outlook appointments are imported as blockers in timum
- timum → Outlook: Booked appointments appear in your Outlook calendar
Setup
- Go to Settings → Calendar Integration
- Click on Connect with Microsoft
- Log in with your Microsoft account
- Grant the required permissions
- Select the calendars to be synchronized
Which appointments are synchronized?
- Appointments marked as "Busy" are imported as blockers
- All-day events can optionally be included
- Recurring appointments are individually created as blockers

The bidirectional Outlook synchronization is included in all PRO plans.
