Interface with CRM Systems

timum can be connected to major CRM systems such as onOffice as well as to the Scout-Manager from ImmobilienScout24. Properties can be created (imported) and directly linked with a single click.

Through the integration with CRM systems, booked appointments are immediately created as activities in the CRM system. For existing contacts, the activity is assigned to them; for new contacts, a new address is created in the CRM.

The connection is set up for each calendar account in the settings.

What happens when I connect my IS24 account to my timum account?

By clicking the button in the provider settings, you connect to your ImmobilienScout24 account. For authentication, you need to log in to your ImmobilienScout24 account. timum does not receive your login details, as you enter them directly into an ImmobilienScout24 login form.

What happens during the IS24 import process?

timum detects the new properties you have listed on ImmobilienScout24 and adds them to your timum account. Additionally, properties that you have archived on IS24 are archived in timum — provided no current appointments exist for them.
