Interface with CRM Systems

timum can be connected to the CRM systems onOffice, FLOWFACT, and PropStack. Properties are created (imported) with a single click and stay linked to the CRM.

Through the connection, booked appointments are immediately created as an activity in the CRM. For existing contacts, the activity is assigned to them; for new contacts, a new address is created in the CRM.

You set up the connection for each provider calendar under Settings → Integrations. All staff members of the provider calendar are allowed to create or delete the connection.

What the connection does

• Property import: Real estate from the CRM is created in timum as properties and linked.
• Appointment sync: Bookings and requests appear in the CRM as an appointment or activity; contacts are matched or newly created.
• Appointment type import: On the Appointment Types page → Add appointment type, you can import appointment types from onOffice, FLOWFACT, or PropStack instead of creating them from scratch.
• Personalized booking links: Contacts from the CRM are automatically recognized when booking, see Generic Website Integration.

onOffice

PropStack

Connect PropStack under Settings → Integrations and register the webhooks so that changes from PropStack reach timum immediately. Optionally, enter the signing secret that you set in PropStack under Administration → Webhooks; synchronization also works without a secret.
