Synchronize Lotus Notes

Appointment synchronization in HCL Notes (formerly Lotus Notes)

Appointments from timum can be automatically added to and updated in HCL Notes (formerly IBM/Lotus Notes, from version 8.5). The integration works via the iCalendar standard as an ICS subscription.

You can find the subscription address in timum under Settings → Integrations in the "Sync timum appointments to other calendar systems" section – for details, see Other calendars (ICS).

Setup in HCL Notes

  1. On the left in HCL Notes, select "Show Calendar" and then "Add Calendar".
  2. In the dialog, choose "iCalendar Feed" as the type.
  3. Paste the ICS address from timum.
  4. Specify whether the calendar should be shown on mobile devices, and choose the color for displaying appointments.
