Synchronise Lotus Notes

Appointment Synchronisation in Lotus Notes (from Version 8.5)

Appointments from timum can be automatically integrated and updated in Lotus Notes (from version 8.5). The integration is performed via the iCalendar standard as an .ics file.

Setup in Lotus Notes

  1. In Lotus Notes, select "Show Calendar" on the left and then "Add Calendar".
  2. In the dialog, select "iCalendar-Feed" as the type.
  3. Paste the URL of the .ics file from your timum account.
  4. Specify whether the calendar should be displayed on mobile devices, and select the colour for the appointment display.
