New developments with a reference property per apartment type

Variant 1 - Standard email template (onOffice) for all viewings

1. in onOffice: Select a 1-room apartment and set this property as the appointment reference property for this apartment type, e.g. as Vienna22_1-Zi-timum. Ideally you also mark the property in onOffice as Vienna22_1-Zi-timum
2. Open in onOffice in this appointment reference property for the apartment type 1-room apartment (in the example Vienna22_1-Zi-timum) the tab 'Appointments' and activate the property in timum.
3. In the timum calendar view for this new property click on the gear icon ⚙️ at the top left to open the settings.
4. In the dialog window with the property settings at the very bottom you will find the reference number, e.g. 12345@web98765 @ kccfw5-f6hk-lkf8-lsafjow9 @ onofficeEstate :copy: :trash-can: Click on :copy: (copy) to copy this reference.
