Gapless appointment scheduling
A special feature in timum is gapless appointment scheduling.
With gapless appointment scheduling, timum only offers prospects times that directly adjoin an already booked appointment – before or after it. This means no unusable gaps arise between two viewings, and you can complete several appointments at one property back-to-back. As long as no appointment has been booked yet, the first appointment can be chosen freely within your availability.
Where to find the setting
- For a single property: Open the property's menu in the calendar and select Appointment booking - Settings. For every booking channel (e.g. standard booking link), there is a Gapless scheduling setting with the values Enabled and Disabled. This means you can also enable it for just one channel.
- As a default for all new properties: Under Settings → Process settings, you define the default that is applied when new properties are created (see Resource Channels).
