What are Standard Appointment Types?

Standard appointment types are the appointment types that a resource offers by default. They define which booking options customers see when selecting an appointment.

How does the selection work?

• One appointment type: Is automatically pre-selected – customers do not need to choose
• Multiple appointment types: Customers must select an appointment type before booking

Factors that influence the offering

The appointment types actually offered may differ from the standard appointment types, depending on:

• Resource Channel: Can restrict or expand the appointment type selection
• Availability: Can restrict certain appointment types for certain time periods
• Bookable appointments: Pre-defined appointments can have their own appointment type that is not part of the standard offering
