Exclusive Appointment Invitation

In addition to pre-configured booking links and custom-configured booking channels (custom links and website plugins), timum offers the option to create flexible, spontaneously generated booking links with a very specific selection of suggested time ranges. This method also makes it possible to grant booking access to closed (private) appointments — for example, to invite an exclusive group of recipients to book a closed event that is not bookable through any other channel.

Appointment booking links with specific appointment selection

Here we present another option: appointment selection. This allows you to select specific appointments or times and generate a booking link through which a choice from exactly these appointments is possible. Other bookable times in the property's calendar remain invisible.

The use cases are varied. Here are two examples:

  • suggest specific appointments to individual contacts
  • a booking page for appointments distributed over a long period, e.g. seminars or course dates

Important:

Unlike other booking links in timum, the link created this way only includes the currently selected appointments. To subsequently add further appointments, a new link must be created and sent.

Here's how it works

  1. Hover the mouse cursor over one of the appointments.
  2. Click "Selection" in the context menu to add this appointment to the selection.
  3. A selection panel opens at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Do the same for all appointments you want to add to the selection.
  5. After adding all appointments, click the selection button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. In the selection dialog, you can optionally specify one or more bookable appointment types under the "Share as Link" tab.
  7. You can also determine the booking view (interface). For a few long-term appointments, the "List" view is recommended.
  8. Finally, copy the configured link to send it for appointment booking.
