Hide appointment coordinator contact details

Controlling the visibility of contact details of the supervising team members in appointments is an option for the individual configuration of timum. These settings can be defined as a general default and additionally configured individually for each bookable property.

Options are:

  • visible
  • hidden
  • hidden when booked

Special: Additionally, this setting can be configured differently for various booking links (booking channels) of a bookable property. This allows contact details to be made visible for selected appointment bookers, while no contact information is accessible for new customers.

Setting for existing properties

In the calendar, click the property > Appointment booking settings field Provider contact details set to hidden
